Lucy Hoile - Cat Behaviourist
Living with a cat whose behaviour leaves you in despair is HARD. Talking it through with a feline behaviour expert (who is genuinely listening and wants to know everything about them – the good and the bad), is the first step in getting back the cat you first fell in love with.
That’s where I come in! I can help you understand why your cat’s behaviour is challenging and from there it becomes clear how to address the problem. I have a wealth of experience working with cats with behaviour problems over the past decade, and I am extensively qualified – but, of course, I’m always learning more!
Here are my qualifications, accreditations and notable TV or radio appearances. My accreditations mean you can often reclaim the fee for my behaviour packages from your pet insurance if you have the right level of cover – please check your policy.
Qualifications and professional accreditations:
MSc in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling from the University of Southampton
A registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist with the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC)

I love my job…
My work as a cat behaviourist started in 2010 as a bit of a passion project. I wanted to help cats and their owners, but never expected this would become my day job. As it turns out, tons of people are looking for a better understanding of their cat and want to learn how they can be everything their cat needs them to be. I am busier than ever! The experience of seeing problem behaviours disappear and watching the relationship between cats and their owners flourish is something I can't get enough of and I look forward to helping you too.
So, if you want to work with me to find solutions to your cat’s challenging behaviour, find a package that works for you and to get started!
If none of these seem to fit and you are dealing with a different behaviour problem - please contact me to discuss how I can help you.
