“I contacted Lucy a few weeks ago to help me with my cat Max who was weeing regularly in the house. Despite having access to four regularly cleaned cat trays.

We’d moved house about three months ago and since then I’d kept both my cats in. Max in particular didn’t like it! Most of the problems sat with me. I was scared to let them out.

Lucy listened to me. Understood my problem very quickly. And helped me to give the cats their freedom with a written plan and plenty of support.

Our meeting was on line and ongoing support via whatsapp and I was concerned that we may miss out on the subtle things you’d get with a face to face consultation. But I was wrong. Remote sessions excellent.

“I was referred to Lucy about 6 months ago after taking on Luna a new kitten to join an already 2 cat household. Unfortunately Sacha my six year old was terrified of her right from the beginning and despite trying everything by the book and more, I was at my wits end and had even contemplated Rehoming her.

“We found Lucy when searching online for help with a very difficult situation - We’d recently taken in a stray cat from the neighborhood and were struggling with integration both in the home and with our existing house cat.
Our first online session was spent telling Lucy of the myriad of issues we were experiencing, aided by videos of the two cats interacting that she had previously requested. During which time Lucy listened, asked questions and took notes. She was then able to give us a practical plan of action for moving forward with modifying behaviour patterns and increasing the happiness of our two lovely kitties.
Although the process was arduous and at times we both felt like giving up, I'm pleased to say that thanks to Lucy's expert advice we have seen incredible change for the positive. Some of the steps took immediate effect, others have taken more time, but all have been beneficial.
